2. Our services

We offer information technology services, including:

- Live video streaming for churches, conferences, events, and online programs.

- Online radio streaming, with control panel, AutoDJ, and web player.

- Website design and development, including domain and hosting.

- Mobile application development.

- Messaging solutions and integrations with third-party platforms, such as the WhatsApp Business Platform.

- Technical support.

The scope, price, and timeline of each service are agreed in the quote or proposal we send you.

3. Quotes, prices, and payments

- Prices are stated in the quote, in Guatemalan quetzales (GTQ) unless another currency is agreed.

- Recurring services (streaming, hosting, maintenance, etc.) are paid in advance for each period.

- We issue electronic invoices in accordance with SAT (Guatemalan tax authority) regulations.

- If a payment is not received on time, we may suspend the service until the account is up to date.

- Third-party costs (domains, licenses, Meta fees for WhatsApp conversations, etc.) are paid by the client unless the quote says otherwise.

4. Client responsibilities

By hiring our services, you agree to:

- Give us truthful information and keep it up to date.

- Use the services lawfully and not transmit content that is illegal, misleading, infringes copyright, or violates the rights of others.

- Hold the rights and licenses for the content you stream or publish (music, video, images, text).

- Comply with the policies of the platforms you use through our services. For example, if you use the WhatsApp Business Platform, you must comply with the WhatsApp Business Commerce Policy and Messaging Policy and have the consent of the people you message.

- Keep your passwords and access credentials safe.

5. Third-party platforms

Some services depend on third-party platforms (for example, Meta, WhatsApp, Hostinger, or streaming servers). Those platforms have their own terms and may change, suspend, or limit their services. We are not responsible for their decisions, although we will help you look for a solution when possible.

E&E DIGITAL FORGE is an independent business. We are not Meta, WhatsApp, or any other platform, and we do not speak on their behalf.

6. Intellectual property

- The content of this site (text, design, and the E&E DIGITAL FORGE logo) belongs to us or is used with permission.

- The content you give us remains yours. You give us permission to use it only to provide the service.

- Once paid in full, the website or custom development becomes yours, except for third-party components (templates, plugins, licenses), which are governed by their own licenses.

7. Availability and support

We work to keep the services available at all times, but there may be interruptions due to maintenance, provider failures, or causes beyond our control. We provide support through the contact channels listed on this site.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss caused by the use of, or inability to use, the services. Our total liability for any service will not exceed the amount you paid us for that service in the last three (3) months.

9. Cancellation

- You can cancel a recurring service by notifying us in writing before the next billing period.

- We may suspend or cancel a service if these terms or the policies of the platforms used are breached.

- Payments for periods already started and work already completed are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Privacy

How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy, published on this site.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version will always be posted on this page with its last-updated date.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Guatemala. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the department of Chiquimula, Guatemala.
