In this policy, "we" and "us" refer to ELDIN ULISES ARITA LARIN, doing business as E&E DIGITAL FORGE.

2. What data we collect

a) Data you give us: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, business name, and any information you send us when you request a quote, hire a service, or contact us through the contact form, email, or WhatsApp.

b) Billing data: the name or company name and the NIT (tax ID) you give us so we can issue your invoice.

c) Technical data: when you visit the site, the hosting provider may automatically log data such as your IP address, browser type, device, and pages visited, for security and operational purposes.

d) Data we process on behalf of our clients: when we provide video streaming, online radio, websites, applications, or messaging solutions (including integration with Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform), we may process data about our clients' end users, such as names, phone numbers, and messages. In those cases, the client is responsible for that data, and we process it only to provide the service, following the client's instructions.

3. How we use your data

- To answer your questions and send you quotes.

- To provide, set up, and support the services you hire.

- To issue invoices and meet our tax and legal obligations.

- To keep the site and services secure and working properly.

- To notify you of important changes to the services or to this policy.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.

4. Who we share your data with

We share data only when needed to provide the service or to comply with the law:

- Technology providers we use to operate, such as web and domain hosting (Hostinger), streaming servers, and email tools.

- Meta Platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram), when you or your business hire an integration with their platforms. In that case, Meta processes the data under its own terms and privacy policies.

- Competent authorities, when required by law.

These providers may be located outside Guatemala. We only work with providers that apply reasonable security measures.

5. WhatsApp and Meta platform data

If you hire a solution that connects your business with the WhatsApp Business Platform or other Meta products:

- We use the data we receive through those platforms only to provide the service you hired.

- We do not use that data for our own advertising and we do not sell it to third parties.

- We comply with the Meta Platform Terms and the WhatsApp Business policies.

- You can ask us to delete that data at any time (see section 8).

6. How long we keep your data

We keep your data for as long as our business relationship lasts and for the time needed to meet legal and tax obligations. After that, we delete or anonymize it.

7. How we protect your data

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures, such as password-protected access with two-factor authentication, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access limited to the people who need it. No system is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

8. Your rights and how to delete your data

At any time, you can ask us to:

- access the data we hold about you;

- correct it if it is wrong;

- delete it;

- stop sending you messages.

To delete your data (including data obtained through WhatsApp or other Meta platforms), send an email to info@eedigitalforge.com with the subject "Delete my data", including your name and the phone number or email you used to contact us. We will confirm the deletion within 30 days. We will keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as billing records.
